Brad Hatcher is the owner and lead consultant for HighlightHR. He holds his CPHR and Payroll Compliance Practitioner designations. With over 15 years of Human Resources, Payroll, and Management experience, Brad has worked with thousands of customers over his career helping them ensure the people of the organization come first. He accomplishes this through compliance, engagement, and a passion for taking an organization to the next level. His experience ranges from Payroll Processing and Implementations, HRIS Implementations, Human Resource Business Partnership, and more!
In his personal time, you can find him outdoors, focusing on his physical and mental well-being through exercise, producing queer events in Halifax, enjoying local restaurants, and walking his pup!
